Das Herzstück des Festivals. Hier trifft sich die ganze Welt des Tees. Aussteller erhalten die Möglichkeit ihre besonderen Tees dem Teeliebhaber direkt zu präsentieren, Keramiker zeigen ihre neuesten Kreationen. Nicht fehlen darf das eigens für das Festival gefertigte, limitierte Porzellanschälchen (für jeden einzelnen Besucher) mit dem sich durch das gesamte Tee Sortiment geschmeckt werden kann. Abgerundet wird der Tag mit durchgängigen Seminaren und Vorträgen zum Thema Tee, delikater Gastronomie und der einen oder anderen noch geheimen Überraschung.
