Berlin Tea Festival is moving to a new, bigger, and iconic venue: the Betonhalle at silent green Kulturquartier in Berlin-Wedding! On 8 & 9 November 2025, the city’s most vibrant tea event returns — and we want you to be part of it.
Since 2018, Berlin Tea Festival has been connecting people through tea, culture, and curiosity. In 2025, under the theme “Deep Roots, New Growth”, we welcome tea lovers, experts, and the tea-curious from all over the world. As a volunteer, you’re not just helping — you’re becoming part of a global tea family.
Why volunteer?
Overall, you will work for half of the festival time (e.g. one day on duty, one day off) and can enjoy the rest of the event as part of the community – with tastings, talks, workshops, and inspiring encounters.
Your tasks can be varied: helping with setup, assisting at the entrance, supporting exhibitors, accompanying workshops, or working at other important stations of the festival.
You’ll receive:
- A volunteer-exclusive goodie bag – lovingly filled with small gifts from us and our exhibitors as a thank-you
- Two official BTF 2025 tasting cups for unlimited tea tastings
- An organic cotton volunteer T-shirt – your badge of honor and a lasting memory
